Windows Cyrillic, Code Page 1251

Windows Cyrillic, Code Page 1251 was designed by Microsoft as the standard Cyrillic character set for use in Windows. Our Cyrillic Starter Kit, Cyrillic Font Pack 1, and Cyrillic Support 2000 fully support this character set.

Notes: 1) Position 152 is unused; 2) #160 is a non-breaking space, #173 is a soft hyphen.
